The Gale Company
Mark Yeager, as President and Chief Investment Officer of The Gale Company, directs the company's investment and development activities including acquisitions, dispositions, all funds activities, formulation of business plans and implementation of financial investments. He is responsible for implementing strategic initiatives designed to facilitate the company's growth and expansion including the acquisition of income-producing investment properties, the pursuit of development opportunities, and the creation of third-party corporate advisory, asset and property management and construction management relationships.
A graduate of Lehigh University in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, he earned his Master's Degree in business administration from Fairleigh Dickinson University in Madison, New Jersey where he majored in marketing. Prior to joining The Gale Company, Mark was a commercial real estate investment broker and handled the sales and leasing of income-producing office, industrial and retail properties in the New Jersey market. Prior to entering the real estate field, Mark worked in corporate finance.
Mark is on the Board of Directors of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and the Regional Business Partnership and the Executive Committee for the Tri-County Scholarship Fund.

Asset Management and Leasing
As Senior Vice President of Asset Management & Leasing, Joe oversees all asset management activities for The Gale Company, working with individual asset managers in translating investment strategies into well-articulated action steps that involve leasing, cost control, capital improvements, disposition activities, and monitoring the implementation of such steps. Joe has been with The Gale Company since 1997 with previous experience working for a development company as Senior Vice President – Financial Services from 1981to 1997 and as an Audit Manager from 1974 to 1980. Joe is a 1974 graduate of Rutgers University. He is a member of the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants, and a sustaining member of Phi Beta Kappa.

As Vice President of Leasing, Jim is responsible for the leasing and marketing of approximately 4 million square feet of property with The Gale Company leasing department. The owners of the properties under Jim's responsibility include: UBS PaineWebber, Morgan Stanley, JP Morgan Fleming Asset Management and The State Teachers Retirement System of Ohio. Jim manages all aspects of leasing space in the buildings under his responsibility, providing cost-effective leasing solutions while maximizing value to the ownership and tenant satisfaction. He also coordinates the activities of The Gale Company asset management, construction, investment and property management groups for each lease transaction. Jim joined The Gale Company in 2000 after spending 16 1/2 years with a leading real estate investment trust (REIT), where he was responsible for all leasing of the company's 22 million square foot portfolio in 11 states. He holds a Bachelor of Business Degree from Western Illinois University and is a certified public accountant. He is a member of CoreNet Global, the Illinois Society of CPAs and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Justin Gingeleskie

As a Vice President in the Leasing group, Justin oversees the leasing and marketing responsibilities for approximately 2 million square feet in Morris, Essex and Somerset counties on behalf of such institutional clients as UBS Warburg, Morgan Stanley and Cornerstone Real Estate Advisors. Prior to joining The Gale Company, Justin was employed with Cushman & Wakefield of New Jersey, where he handled agency assignments for a significant Class A portfolio in addition to tenant representation responsibilities. Justin graduated Cum Laude from The College of New Jersey and earned his Masters of Science in Real Estate Finance, graduating with Distinct Honors from New York University. Justin is married and resides in Summit, New Jersey.

Timothy R. Greiner, Jr.

As Vice President of the Leasing Division, Tim oversees the leasing effort of properties in Bergen and Essex County which total approximately 2.5 million square feet. Tim manages the existing tenant relationships, identifying new tenant prospects, and the negotiation of lease and sale transactions for the Bergen & Essex County Gale Company portfolio. His clients include JP Morgan Fleming Asset Management, Bellemead Development, Tishman Speyer Properties, UBS/Paine Webber, and Morgan Stanley. He has been responsible for negotiating over 125 lease transactions totaling over 3 million square feet worth approximately $200 million in aggregate rent. Prior to joining The Gale Company in 1994, Tim received his Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee. During his tenure at the Gale Company, Tim also received his law degree while attending evening classes at Rutgers University in downtown Newark, NJ.

Gregory J. Lezynski

Operating out of The Gale Company’s Princeton office, Greg handles commercial leasing and marketing for Gale’s central New Jersey portfolio. He is also instrumental in the partial re-development of The Gale Company’s most recent acquisition, Princeton Forrestal Village. Greg has over sixteen years of real estate experience in New Jersey. He initially joined Gale in 1994 to oversee commercial leasing for one of company’s significant asset management accounts, Greg’s involvement in the assignment was integral to the successful disposition of the portfolio’s 1.2 million square foot office and 1 million square foot industrial portfolios. Prior to joining The Gale Company, Greg was a Director of Commercial Development for a Princeton based real estate firm. Preceding his switch to a real estate career, Greg was employed in the financial services industry as a commercial banker. Greg is an alumnus of The University of Notre Dame, graduating in 1983 with a BA in Finance.

Danielle I. Spilatore

As Assistant Vice President of the Leasing group, Danielle is responsible for the management of the leasing and marketing of the mixed use portion of the Princeton Forrestal Village project in Princeton, NJ totaling 175,000 square feet. She has been instrumental in the conversion of approximately 112,000 square feet of retail space for rezoned uses, working closely with the Township and Princeton University. As part of the marketing, Danielle oversees the advertising program at the Forrestal Village, managing the creation of print and radio advertisements, collateral materials and billboards, as well as coordinating the holiday program and several annual events. Danielle continues to maintain relationships with several national retailers including the Phillips Van Heusen Group, Dress Barn, Nine West Group, Osh Kosh B’Gosh, Carter’s Childrenswear and several other key retailers who are tenants at the Forrestal Village. A former employee of DKM Properties Corp., Danielle became a member of The Gale Company (Gale & Wentworth at the time) in 1993. Danielle earned her Real Estate Sales Person’s license in January 2001, and is a member of ICSC, the International Council of Shopping Centers.

Jennifer Palestri

As a Leasing Associate for The Gale Company, Jennifer is responsible for leasing and marketing various properties in the company’s New Jersey portfolio. She works closely with all members of the Leasing Team to handle all aspects of leasing transactions from maintaining existing tenant’s satisfaction to attracting prospective new tenants and negotiating leases. Jennifer is spearheading the completion of Virtual Tours of available space to facilitate leasing efforts. In addition, she is assisting the team in the organization of information as well as expediting the flow of information, to include “as-built” floor plans, to the brokerage community. Prior to joining the leasing group Jennifer spent four years as the Property Manager of a Class A high rise office building for The Gale Company in Newark, New Jersey. Jennifer received her Bachelor of Science degree from The College of New Jersey in Ewing, New Jersey.

Tracey is a leasing analyst for The Gale Company. She tracks vacancies, expirations, executed leases and prospect information and reports it to our investment partners. Tracey also controls the flow of executed lease documents from the legal department, updates property listings with CoStar, Reiss, Black’s Guide and Yale Robbins and prepares leasing financial statements.

Executive Assistant
Leasing
Laura is the Executive Assistant to Leasing Vice Presidents. She directly assists in every aspect of the interaction between Leasing and the other Gale divisions as well as the brokerage community. Laura also provides direct administrative and organizational support to the Leasing group as a whole by handling multi-task assignments, creating marketing brochures and seeing to the day-to-day administrative activities.
