As Senior Vice President of Asset Management & Leasing, Joe oversees all asset management activities for The Gale Company, working with individual asset managers in translating investment strategies into well-articulated action steps that involve leasing, cost control, capital improvements, disposition activities, and monitoring the implementation of such steps. Joe has been with The Gale Company since 1997 with previous experience working for a development company as Senior Vice President – Financial Services from 1981to 1997 and as an Audit Manager from 1974 to 1980. Joe is a 1974 graduate of Rutgers University. He is a member of the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants, and a sustaining member of Phi Beta Kappa.

As Vice President, Bill provides broad asset management services for the PW/MS portfolio, a diverse group of 40 properties (comprising over 5.6 million square feet) owned and/or managed jointly by The Gale Company, Morgan Stanley, and UBS Warburg. He assists in overseeing and analyzing the overall performance and operations of the portfolio. His responsibilities include financial analysis, coordinating the preparation of the annual business plan, budget analysis, due diligence for asset sales and mortgage refinancings, and serving as a point of contact for the owners. Bill joined Gale in 1997 in connection with its acquisition of Bellemead Development Corporation’s real estate portfolio, where he worked in the Financial Services Group for over 14 years. Bill is a CPA and has a BS from Seton Hall University in Accounting and an MBA in Finance from Rutgers Graduate School of Management.

Investments
As Vice President of Investments, Chris is responsible for identifying and evaluating investment opportunities in the New Jersey marketplace. In addition, Chris is responsible for coordinating the resources of The Gale Company and external consultants to facilitate asset underwriting. Chris works closely with internal and external legal counsel in the negotiation of all purchase and sale contracts. Chris joined The Gale Company in 1996 as a leasing executive and participated in the Gale Management Services executive development program. From 1995 to 1996, Chris was employed by a national telecom company as Associate Real Estate Director. Chris is a 1995 graduate of Rollins College and a 1999 graduate of New York University, where he earned a Master of Science degree. He is also a member of NAIOP, ULI, and the New York University Real Estate Institute Advisory Board.
