Jim Nugent, Senior Director of Leasing, is responsible for the leasing and marketing of approximately 4 million square feet of property with The Gale Real Estate Services Company. The owners of the properties under Jim's responsibility include: UBS PaineWebber, Morgan Stanley, JP Morgan Fleming Asset Management and The State Teachers Retirement System of Ohio. Jim manages all aspects of leasing space in the buildings, providing cost-effective leasing solutions while maximizing value to the ownership and tenant satisfaction. He also coordinates the activities of The Gale Real Estate Services Company asset management, construction, investment and property management groups for each lease transaction.

Jim joined The Gale Real Estate Services Company in 2000 after spending over 16 years with Mack-Cali Realty Corporation and its predecessor company, Cali Realty Corporation, where he was responsible for all leasing of the company's 22 million square foot portfolio in 11 states. He holds a Bachelor of Business Degree from Western Illinois University and is a certified public accountant. He is a member of CoreNet Global, the Illinois Society of CPAs, and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
