Lorraine B. Kucinski, RPA, FMA
Senior Vice President Asset / Property Management

A real estate professional for more than 22 years, Lorraine currently leads a team that manages 1.5 million square feet of office properties; acts as liaison with lenders on major portfolios; and assists with acquisitions and dispositions. In her previous employment as Senior Vice President of Bellemead Management Co. Inc., Lorraine was instrumental during the 1997 transition of 4.8 million square feet of office properties to The Gale Company, UBS & Morgan Stanley and did so again in 2004 for Gale and SL Green. Between 2001 and 2004, Lorraine served the Gale Company as SVP of Human Resources. During this time she saved the Company more than $180,000 in recruitment and legal fees.

A graduate of Montclair State University, Lorraine also holds a Real Estate License and two professional designations: Real Property and Facility Management Administrator. She served BOMA NJ and BOMA's Mid-Atlantic Region as President, earning BOMA's Member of the Year Award in 1998. In addition, Lorraine served as Chairman to the Building Owners and Managers Institute International during which time two new courses were developed and successfully marketed. She continues to sit on the BOMA NJ board and also serves The Newark Museum.

Fred Knapp

Fred Knapp
Vice President Property / Asset Management

Fred is Vice President of Property and Asset Management for The Gale Real Estate Services Company. He represents clients such as JP Morgan, Praedium Group, Cornerstone Real Estate Advisors, General Electric and State Teachers Retirement System of Ohio. Fred plays an active role in Land Development, Property Management, Leasing, Construction and Marketing Services for The Gale Real Estate Services Company.

Most recently, Fred has spearheaded the turnaround of Princeton Forrestal Village (PFV), an innovative mixed-use complex consisting of over 720,000 square feet comprised of 320,000 square feet of office space, 175,000 square feet of retail/service/professional space, and a 320-room Westin Hotel. Fred is responsible for the repositioning strategy at PFV that includes the approval, development, construction and leasing of a new 60,000 sq. ft. Fitness/Spa anchor, a repositioned food court, 380 units of new residential apartment units, and three new restaurant pad-sites. He is also working on a 2,400 acre master plan development in Northern New Jersey which will include two golf courses, residential, commercial and a mixed-use center. Fred also supports office development, with a 175,000 sq. ft. spec office building at the Center of Morris County.

Fred has over 16 years of real estate management and development experience, with more than 8 years at The Gale Real Estate Services Company. He has participated in leading the Gale team to the International TOBY Award (BOMA 1998) for management practices in Park Avenue at Morris County. In May 2005, Fred led the Gale team to another New Jersey TOBY Award for the 200 Park Avenue building in Florham Park. The Park Avenue campus also received BOMA's regional Mid-Atlantic award for 2006.

Fred received his B.A. from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania. He is also on the Board of the Morris County Economic Development Corp., as well as the Hanover Township Planning Board.

Steven Petry
Lead Financial Analyst

Steven Petry serves as the lead financial analyst for The Gale Real Estate Services Company. His responsibilities include assessing the financial viability of potential business opportunities, determining the financial impact of strategic business decisions and recommending a course of action to management, coordinating due diligence efforts for dispositions and acquisitions, and maintaining relationships with joint venture partners.

Steve has 10 years of professional real estate experience and has been with Gale since 2003. He began his real estate career in the real estate division of the financial advisory services group at a Big Four public accounting firm. Through his career, Steve has played significant roles in closing large portfolio transactions, performed due diligence for acquisitions, analyzed underlying real estate value for bankruptcy proceedings, developed acquisition and valuation model templates, and determined the valuation of large portfolios.
