This entails identifying applicable land use regulations and costs of development, site and building program design, engaging and supervising various design consultants, preparation of development budgets, and securing all approvals necessary to commence construction. Barbara is co-manager of a 2,000-acre land portfolio and has obtained over 2 million square feet of office development approvals in that capacity.
