Mitchell Hersh
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

Mitchell Hersh, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, also serves as President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of Mack-Cali Realty Corporation. Mr. Hersh is responsible for the Company's strategic direction and long-term planning, and for creating and implementing its capital markets strategy and overall investment strategies.

Mr. Hersh is a member of the Real Estate Roundtable and serves on the Board of Governors of the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts (NAREIT) and the Board of Directors of the New Jersey Chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP). He also serves on the Board of Trustees of Montclair State University and the New York University Real Estate Institute and on the Board of Directors of the Commerce and Industry Association of New Jersey (CIANJ) and is a member of the Monmouth University Real Estate Institute Executive Advisory Council.

Mr. Hersh frequently speaks at industry conferences on real estate markets and trends and has been interviewed by leading national media including CNBC TV, Bloomberg TV, The Wall Street Journal, Fortune and The New York Times.

Mr. Hersh holds a B.A. degree in architecture from Ohio University.

Mark Yeager
President and Chief Investment Officer

Mark Yeager, President and Chief Investment Officer of The Gale Real Estate Services Company, directs the company's investment and development activities including acquisitions, dispositions, all funds activities, formulation of business plans and implementation of financial investments. He is responsible for implementing strategic initiatives designed to facilitate the company's growth and expansion including the acquisition of income-producing investment properties, the pursuit of development opportunities, and the creation of third-party corporate advisory, asset and property management and construction management relationships.

Mark Yeager also serves as an Executive Vice President of Mack-Cali Realty Corporation, Gale's parent company.

A graduate of Lehigh University in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, Mark earned his Master's Degree in business administration from Fairleigh Dickinson University in Madison, New Jersey where he majored in marketing. Prior to joining The Gale Real Estate Services Company, Mark was a commercial real estate investment broker and worked in corporate finance.

Mark is a member of New Jersey Governor Corzine's Economic Growth Council, and serves on the Board of Directors of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and the Regional Business Partnership and the Executive Committee for the Tri-County Scholarship Fund.
